The aim of Kustomer Connect is to semi-commercialize and enhance the consumers journey, it is not intedned to restrict them.

Kustomer Connect will use real time generative segmental area rates for certain aspects, real time pricing and artifical intelligence to provide budgetary fields (approx. cost between two numbers) supported by location algorithms and the partnering architect to deliver a budget compliant home design.

When a consumer connects with a builder through Kustomer Connect, they are doing so in a semi-commercial manner requesting the builder bid on their project. For the builder, this is a clean, professional engagement that can be done quickly whilst bypassing the usual timely and frustrating residential consumer engagement challenges. Pre-construction includes all the preliminary work associated with the building project like budget, finance, partner research and engagement, architectural design, material selection, and builder engagement... This is the phase where sustainable home building decisions and selections are made - It is a critically important phase as it will either make or break the consumer's sustainable, green, and climate-ready home building intentions and to a greater extent, the entire project.
